Professional Conduct- The nature of my work does not permit you to flirt with me, make sexual advances towards me, or ask me for nudes. I love what I do, but I am not looking for anything more than acquaintanceship with clients.
Do not buy my work in expectation of a friendship in return. I am here to make art and provide an expressive outlet for clients.
Please be patient with me! Do not ask for daily updates, do not pester me, do not complain about wait time. I am very communicative and I will make sure to update you when there is progress to be shown. I do not accept rush fees at the moment and I do not work well under pressure.

The Artwork- Do not repost my art without credit, claim it as your own, or deface it. If the artwork I make for you is planned to be produced as clothing, stickers, etc, I will request to receive a copy. Artwork can be used to advertise your blog, small business, etc.
I do NOT consent to my artwork being fed into AI learning algorithms, programs, etc.

Payment & Refunds

[REDACTED] fees are crushing and I need every cent possible; Art is my only source of income.}}I accept payment through [REDACTED] only. You must pay in full upfront before I begin to work on your commission.Keep the description of your payment safe for work (e.g. art, drawing, tip).

I do not offer refunds of any kind. The only time I will refund is if I experience a personal emergency or if you have violated my boundaries. I have the right to refuse to work with you at any point. If I refuse to work with you and you have already paid me, your money will be returned.*

*Work paid through F&F will be returned in full. A 20% fee will be kept if payment being returned was sent through G&S.

Disclaimers

Before I accept doing business, I will briefly research your public accounts. I will refuse work if your store promotes or implies themes of sexual abuse, bigotry, pedophilia, or zoophilia. I will also refuse work if your store features stolen designs, AI “art”, or promotes the use of unsafe toys.

Please credit me as the sculptor on your toy/squishy description. You can use my Twitter handle @NineInchClawz or refer to me as Taé.
If you ever plan to close shop or retire the model, please permit me to regain ownership of the model. I may use it for my own store or resell it to another shop.
I do NOT consent to my artwork being fed into AI learning algorithms, programs, etc.

Want to commission me but you’re indecisive? Or maybe you just want to support me for projects I’d like to finish? Here’s an option that may be just right for you! Here’s how it works:
You commission me to begin work I want to start or finish pieces I’ve started! Since these are passion projects, prices will be at a slight discount from what I charge for regular commissions. Below is a list of unfinished work and project ideas I’d like to complete. For artistic liberty commissions, I may experiment with new techniques!

Please understand that these discount commissions are artist’s liberty, which means that the way the art turns out will be up to my discretion. In return for commissioners not having authority over how the piece turns out, the artwork is offered for a lowered price. Discounts will vary depending on how much I want to draw a piece!
